Helped me revamp my sales page
Pros: Crystal knows her tech! But more than the tech, she understands what really speaks to clients to help you get more sales. She reviewed my entire website and provided some excellent feedback. But the most valuable for me was with my sales page - my business's bread and butter. She gave me a whole bunch of minor tweaks to improve it, and it looks much better already :)
Cons: Crystal isn't as familiar with Wordpress.com solutions, but this fortunately wasn't where I needed help. Her expertise with self-hosted sites makes this a near non-issue, and she was still able to help me where it mattered: with what was ON my site.
Ideal Customer: This would be excellent for those just starting with their new website, who feel they're just tripping over the tech. But even if you have a more established site, she can help you refine what you've already built!
Additional Comments: Crystal is fun to chat with; who doesn't want a coach they get along with? She's professional and knowledgeable, and regardless of your level, she can fill you with great ideas for improvements.
